Program Statistics

We Open Doors

The Grand Island Public Schools Foundation strives to provide access to life-changing scholarships for students. Together with stakeholders and donors, the Foundation will endeavor to open doors for students to explore their full potential. Collaboratively with the District, the Foundation will provide resources to help students excel in academics and future accomplishments. One such door is the Charles R. and Bessie E. Frith Scholarship. Established in 2006, this annual scholarship began its impact by granting $500 to a deserving graduate of Grand Island Senior High. The scholarship is intended for students who are hardworking and need the added support to realize their college ambitions. Today, the fund spins off two scholarships worth $40,000 each, awarded every spring.

In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
