Administration & Development Associate
About the Role:
Join our team as an organized and detail-oriented Administration & Development Associate! You'll provide essential support for our impactful programs, focusing on the smooth logistics and procurement for special events and boosting our online presence through social media. This is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program development by coordinating communication.
- Provide logistical support for program activities and events.
- Assist with data collection, deposits, record-keeping, and process improvement.
- Manage office tasks: scheduling, communication, file management, and supplies.
- Support special event procurement: vendor research, volunteer communication, and inventory.
- Assist with social media planning: content calendar, creation, and basic analytics.
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented and accurate.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Collaborate with team members on multiple projects.
Schedule & Compensation:
- 32 hours/week (flexible options including Fridays).
- Starting wage: $21-$22 per hour.
