Dear Friends of the Class of 2024,

The parents of 2024 Grand Island Senior High Seniors are continuing a community tradition and planning a post –prom party. GISH post prom is scheduled for April 6th, 2024. I know you have received several requests throughout the year asking for donations and I fully understand that you cannot fulfill them all. Please, however consider this request. The goal of this event is to provide our students a safe and positive alternative to private parties, where alcohol or other substances may be available. 

This is highly anticipated event to be held after prom and is taking place at the high school. 

To encourage students to stay at the function until its conclusion, a wide variety of food, age-appropriate beverages, and door prizes will be handed out all evening and students must be present to win a prize. 

Many parents of senior students are contributing to this fun event in both financial and countless hours of planning, organizing, decorating, and chaperoning. However, we depend on and greatly appreciate financial assistance from the community via monetary donations, gift cards, and in-kind gifts of prizes. Monetary donations will be used to purchase food, entertainment, and some prizes. 

Will you please consider supporting our class of 2024 with a monetary donation and/or prize(s)? 

We as parents truly believe an event like this promotes a safe environment for our youth to enjoy as a marquee event in their high school careers. Parent volunteers are willing to pick up your generous contributions, or we’d welcome your gift in an online donation below.

Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
