Wasmer PTA Scholarship
Wasmer Elementary School, named after Grand Island businessman Charles Wasmer who donated the land for the original school, has a strong academic tradition and belief in life-long learning. The Wasmer Parent Teacher Association desires to continue that tradition into post-secondary education for Wasmer graduates seeking to go on to a college, university, community college, technical school or trade school. The Wasmer PTA will provide a scholarship each year to a qualifying graduate who attended Wasmer during their elementary years.
