Craig & Sue (Kosmicki) Foss Family Scholarship
We have created one annual scholarship to honor the education received through GIPS by sons, Doug and Brad Kosmicki and several other family members. We have both enjoyed long careers in the medical field in Grand Island and are hoping to encourage education for a career in healthcare in Grand Island.

Eligibility
- Must be a graduate of Grand Island Senior High School
- Must attend an accredited Nebraska college, university or community college.
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be currently enrolled in the GISH Medical Sciences Academy and must be pursuing a degree in a healthcare profession
- Preference pursuing a degree in audiology with a plan of returning to Grand Island to practice.

Selection Procedure
- Applications will be reviewed by a scholarship selection committee appointed by the Grand Island Public Schools Foundation.
Terms of Payment
- The scholarship will be paid through the Grand Island Public Schools Foundation to appropriate educational institution per scholarship eligibility defined above. Scholarships larger than $500 will be split into equal semester payments.
Claim Scholarship
- The student must provide proof of enrollment (class schedule) and student ID number to the Grand Island Public Schools Foundation for scholarship distribution. Proof of enrollment is needed for each semester covered by scholarship terms.
