GISH Post Prom Donations

We kindly request that all donations be submitted by April 9, 2027.

Dear Friends of the GISH Class of 2027,

We are excited to share that the parents of the Grand Island Senior High School seniors are continuing a cherished school tradition by organizing a post-prom party for the Class of 2027! We anticipate 400+ students to attend this event scheduled for April 10, 2027, and we invite your support to make it a success!

We understand that you receive many requests for donations throughout the year, and we truly appreciate your generosity. 

However, we hope you will consider this special opportunity to support our students. Our goal is to provide a safe and positive environment. To Recognize our Donors, we will display names/logos on video boards throughout the school.  

The post-prom party will be held at the high school, right after prom, and promises to be a memorable night for our students. To encourage participation, we will offer a variety of food, drinks, and exciting door prizes—students must be present to win!

Many parents are already contributing countless hours to plan, organize, decorate, and chaperone this fun event. However, we rely on the support of our community through monetary donations, gift cards, and in-kind contributions for prizes. Your financial assistance will help cover the costs of food, entertainment, and prizes.

Would you consider supporting the GISH Class of 2027 with a monetary donation and/or prize contribution? 

We believe that events like this promote a safe and enjoyable environment for our youth, creating lasting memories during their high school experience.

The GIPS Foundation, the 501(c)(3) non-profit arm of Grand Island Public Schools, partners with all GIPS booster clubs.

This collaboration is designed to simplify operations. The GIPS Foundation handles all administrative and financial duties, including managing funds and providing tax-exempt status for donations. This lets booster clubs focus their energy on directly supporting students and programs.
