Colton Marsh Scholarship
The Colton Marsh Scholarship recognizes GIPS students who excel in athletics while maintaining strong academic performance. This scholarship values the development of valuable life skills such as teamwork, dedication, and perseverance, fostered through participation in sports.

Eligibility
- Must be a graduate of Grand Island Senior High School
- Must have attended Barr Middle School
- Must have participated in a sport for a minimum of 3 years and must include their senior year.
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Selection Procedure
- Applications will be reviewed by a scholarship selection committee appointed by the Grand Island Public Schools Foundation.
Terms of Payment
- The scholarship will be paid through the GIPS Foundation to appropriate educational institution per scholarship eligibility defined above. Scholarships larger than $500 will be split into equal semester payments.
Claim Scholarship
- The student must provide proof of enrollment (class schedule) and student ID number to the GIPS Foundation for scholarship distribution. Proof of enrollment is needed for each semester covered by scholarship terms.
